Upon my arrival the service tech greeted me and said that he would diagnose the issue and let me know. He came back and informed me it was a broken exhaust pipe that was covered under warranty! They called me before the appointment to get more information for my car problems. Brought the car in and waited for a response to what the problem was and how long it would take after that they were checking on it they had the shuttle take me back to my hotel. I called Monday afternoon and within half an hour of calling they told me what the problem was when it would be fixed and they were ordering the part to be delivered. they called the next morning saying they had received the part the vehicle was fixed. It was fixed sooner than originally stated as the part was delivered earlier and vehicle was ready. . They were all very nice and answered all my questions. They had me feeling a lot better about the situation as I was very concerned about the possibility it could be something major. This would be the dealership service department that I would not hesitate to use if in Chelsea.Dayle W

This is not about the dealership, but it seems that the Onstar hardware, a very expensive component, should not have failed in mid-2024 in a 2022 Envision. Makes me wonder is a GM car should be considered for our next car purchase.
